Perfect fit for our 4 pound preemie. She fits snugly in the seat with the extra head supports that came with the seat. The only downside is the harness where it snaps between her legs. The snap is difficult to join and then snap into place. The rest of the harness is pretty easy to join and adjust. Other than that we are pleased, but we have only used it a couple of times! And it isn't too heavy to carry either.
