I've been very disappointed with the Saeco Usa. Coffee does not stay hot, and there are a number of features that make its use inconvenient. It has a large water reservoir with a hole that allows water to leak out onto the counter if you over fill, which you only discover after over filling. Strange setup. Also, if the pot doesn't get seated exactly as it is supposed to, coffee ends up everywhere but the coffee pot, and it takes attention to make certain that it's fully engaged. The timer won...
