it was broken right out of the box. I had to take it apart the min i got it out of the box to figure out why the pup was pumping but it wasn't coming out of the fan. turns out the line out of the pump itself was never connected to the fan from base. this means the base... where the electrics are... was filling with water. however i was able to fix it and it does work well. really helps keep out race pits cool.

I just got this for my girlfriend and, while she's yet to try it out in the elements, I feel the need to point out there are two problems with the product listing that I can see now that it has arrived. First, it IS seam taped. Second, it doesn't really have an internal pocket, though you could conceivably use the areas created by the external pocket pouches on the inside in such a fashion, but I wouldn't recommend it.
