Excellent quality. Good customer service via phone or via e-mail. Only slight downside is that myownlabels.com uses UPS for shipping which has reasonable rates, parcels can be tracked, and is always very reliable, but since we live in the Midwest (Michigan), the package does take about a week to arrive at our doorstep.

HI there... I received a phone call from "DOUG" on March 13, 2008 at my home number, and he said I was not receiving email confirmation due to some "adding of your web address?", ...either way... I did get some order confirmation for my order. I truly appreciate him calling me to follow up on my previous concerns. He is fantastic. Thanks so much for your quick reply, ...I look forward to getting the labels.

I received my labels yesterday (I had the day off) and they are so beautiful I am thrilled. My friend F. Cashmere owns C. Lake Tea Coffee Shop and is thinking of branching out into spices. When he came by to visit I showed him the labels you sent me and he was very impressed. You guys should know that with things the way they are these days customer service is fast becoming a dinosaur - you guys totally have service in and you should each be commended (pat each other now on your backs) for that. The labels are fantastic enough but the service factor is #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 out of a 10. Thanks again
