I bought this unit four years ago. In February, it started dripping so much that we had to turn off the water supply in the basement. we have been trying since then to get this fixed. Our plumber does not have the parts. I have tried with no success to have you send us a new "on-off" knob. It seems to have a unique washer inside that we cannot find.
