Function: The RRV functioned very well and is low profile. It was easy to get on and off. It has a removable cross strap to keep the suspenders straight, but it works equally sans strap with the suspenders crossed. The RRV has a velcro'd kangaroo pocket which can hold a pistol, knife or anything else you might want. The bib also has an internal "admin" pocket, but it unfortunately doesn't have any velcro on the outside like most admin pockets do.
