This is the worst design we have ever seen. It took my husband an hour of swearing and threatening to throw the thing out the window before he finally got it up - he has installed many fixtures, so it shouldn't have been so difficult. There are no written instructions of how they expected someone to mount this through the 4-6 inches of insulation that is attached to the top part - only a picture of how to hook up the wires (we already knew that). The layer of insulation makes it almost impossible...
