We bought this for my daughter for Christmas, when she was 18 months old. We got the large sized bee. At 18 months, her legs were barely long enough to reach the floor, but she still loved pushing it by the handle. Now she is two, and 36" tall. She can get around on it just fine, she loves to scoot all around on it. We have carpet in most of our house, and it rolls just fine on carpet.
