Suggestions Shrimp Vindaloo, Serves 3-4: In a medium saucepan, in 2 tbsp. of oil, sauté one medium diced onion until golden. Add 1 lb. of peeled fresh shrimp and cook until shrimp begin to turn pink. Stir in one can of Patak's Vindaloo Cooking Sauce and a quarter can of water. Simmer, uncovered until the shrimp is cooked through, for about 5 minutes. Additional water may be added for a thinner sauce. This is equally delicious used with beef, chicken, fish, or vegetables.
