This dress can do anything. It's absolutely gorgeous for dress up if you add a chunky necklace and put your hair up. But, you can add flip flops and be casual, too. The small fit me perfectly, and I am 5'6", 117ish lbs. You don't need a bra with this since the fabric is pretty substantial (fine for smaller-busted ladies). The ONLY complaint is that if you are going to be sitting, the knot in the back can make your spine kind of hurt! The length is good too, below the knee to mid-calf on me.

I absolutely love this shirt. As the other review said, it's definitely NOT for larger busts. I'm very small, and this shirt works wonderfully. With the slight bit of elastic below the bust line, it actually helps accentuate my small bust! It is also cut long, which I prefer.
