You don’t often find older mosaic or micro- mosaic jewelry items with all of the tiny tesserae intact. Sadly, this one has three missing that I could find around the edges. I did not spot them until I checked the piece for the third time. The tiles are teeny tiny, so to the naked eye, the missing tiles cannot be detected. The camera could not pick them up either. Chris sprinkled the spiny oyster strands with chip beads of Kingman turquoise, lapis lazuli, jet and orange, red and purple spiny oyster.
