About control. And about how many players can't hit blades. So NIKE engineers asked Tiger for his input, and here's what they came up with.

Mass is distributed to the clubhead's perimeter to increase MOI (moment of inertia), enhancing distance and forgiveness, while the undercut cavity is precisely contoured for better feel and distance control. Face thickness increases from the topline to the sole to lower the CG (center of gravity) and optimize trajectory.
