Palmer has studied at Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence under Master Philip Rubinov-Jacobson and Roberto Venosa in Cadaques, Spain. One of Palmers' focuses today is the ability to share his art in areas of deeper meaning. Texas Children's Hospital chose Palmer as their featured artist in 2003 to work with the children to create six canvases to be auctioned for local charities. Palmer has exhibited his artwork throughout the United States and Europe.
