The MG13 was a lightweight (24lbs) machine gun with adjustable 2 position mount (front or center mounted) bipod. It fired at a rate of 650 rpm using 7.92 x 57 mm rounds fed from a side mounted box magazine (one included). The gun was convertable to anti-aircraft mode by mounting it on the taller "tripod" and adding the AA sight (not included). It has a folding tubular metal stock with padded collapsable shoulder brace. This machine gun was replaced by the deadlier MG34.
