Ok, So I've had this exact Jacket with the matching attachable pants for well over a year, and as far as it being rain worthy, I'm afraid it isn't all it is cracked up to be. I am 6'1" with a 34" waist and a 32" inseam and the Large fits real nicely over my jeans. I went on a 1400 mile trip the day after I bought them and Im so glad I did. We went through 3 big rain storms, It was hard to see and the wind was blowing the water everywhere and I stayed completely dry. I don't have the jacket to go with these, but I have the Joe Rocket Riding jacket with all the crash pads and the waterproof lining insert and it kept me dry as a bone as well.
