This volume is in dire need of editing. Here are a few examples of the problems Ive encountered: 1. In the muscle-building workout, they recommend "Glute Ham Raise" as part of the program. When you look that up in the book, they tell you that it is the rare gym that has such a machine (and indeed, mine did not). Why make it part of the program if no one has it? 2. In the same section, they prescribe "Flat Dumbbell Press". Is this exercise anywhere referred to in the book? NO. Had to go online to...
