The David Tate boot line is generally manufactured with W widths all having 17+" calf circumferences and the WW widths having 19+" calf circumferences. We do not carry their medium widths in this style since they all have 15" calf circumferences. They have a non-slip flexible manmade sole, tricot lining and an elastic gore which stretches up to another inch and can be further enlarged by a shoemaker if needed.

The Gateway has a smooth leather front with a full Lycra stretch panel in the back to give a perfect fit for most calf sizes since it stretches to fit comfortably. These wide leg boots will not fall down your leg even if your calf is not a full 17" or 19" and the elastic panel will not stretch further if your leg is smaller. You can also have the seam taken in if you need a smaller calf in this style.
