The Star SDW1N single drawer warmer works by keeping menu items at just the right temperature and texture until theyre ready to be served. The narrow design on the SDW1N means that it can fit in tighter spaces than the larger SDW1. The heavyduty drawer slides on rails, and the SDW1N incorporates 14gauge stainless steel and a stainless steel roller ball for years of worryfree operation. The SDW1N also supports a standard 12 x 20 x 6 stainless steel pan. The SDW1N has a single temperature control, a temperature range of 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the LED light displays make reading the temperature easy.
