Polished chrome. Craftsman style. Excellent range of brightness because you can use up to 100 watts per bulb. Standard household bulbs (medium base?) seemed practical. Our bathroom is moderately small so three 60 watt bulbs works for us. Fluorescent bulbs will fit. Fixture is, with bulbs, probably under eight pounds so handling and mounting was easy. We used better than supplied drywall anchors (Zip-It, Home Depot). Directions were for other fixtures but applied for this item - not a factor. Assembly...

I get so many compliments on this bathroom lighting fixture. I had my bathrooms redone, and this fixture compliments the tiles and overall bathroom perfectly! Everyone that sees it remarks on how much they like it.
