The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Thorevilos (800 cases) has a sensational nose of a spring flower garden intermixed with volcanic scorched earth, sweet blueberry, blackberry, and espresso bean notes. It exhibits fabulous fruit, a full-bodied mouthfeel, with great purity, depth, and overall harmony. The acidity and tannins are present but nicely integrated along with the new oak. This is a sensational wine that should come close to perfection. It should age nicely for 25-30+ years. Sorry, no discounts available on this wine!

Rutherford, CA; Wine Spectator rated 93 points! Tight, firm, concentrated and well focused, with a complex range of earthy currant, herb, anise, sage and cedary oak. The finish pulls it all together, with a wonderful aftertaste that homes in on the fruit and tannins. Best from 2008 through 2013. 4,076 cases made. Sorry no discounts on this wine!
