While Argentine Malbec tends to sport a spicy side, the country’s Cabernet’s sometimes favor fruity aromas; the Mataverde shows juicy aromas of black plum, blackberry and raspberry, with some earthy touches of graphite. It’s full-bodied, with moderate tannins that balance well with all that fruit...

The grapes for this fruity Cabernet Sauvignon are selected from our vineyards in the Central Valley. Smooth and fruity on the palate, this wine goes very will with pasta, salads and all but the most strongly flavored red meats and cheeses. Draw the cork half an hour before serving and serve at room temperature.
