I picked up my Virtuoso in March. It puts out great grinds, very consistent. I've ground 4 shots a day for four months, and there is no doubt that I have a grinder that will do the job every time. But I have been disappointed with a few things. First and foremost is the mess. I can't seem to keep my counter clean; there is ground coffee everywhere.
