Brewing Suggestions We recommend using mineral or spring water at 170 F temperature. Lower temperature water helps provide a fuller body to the tea. Use 3/4th teaspoon of pearls for sixteen ounces of water, and brew for five minutes. Add fresh water to the leaves for successive infusions. Experiment with steeping times in additional infusions.
