I'm very satisfied with my purchase. This fan looks great in my finished attic that has a low ceiling. The motor is extremely quiet, and the halogen light that comes with the fan emits a HUGE amount of light. Installation was very simple because the fan has a temporary hanging hook that allows you to wire it all up before final mounting. Minka Aire Concept II Three 44" Blade Ceiling Fan in Brushed Nickel and Silver - F518-BN
I ordered 3 of these fans for upstairs bedrooms. Within a month, one of the fan/light units completely stopped working. Customer service contacted Minka Aire and they sent me a new electrical register. I had an electrician replace the register. Turns out that the original one had burned out. (I guess Minka knows about this problem b/c they sent the right part!) Now, three months later, the second fan/light has stopped working.
