Part of the A di ALESSI collection, this piece is desiged by Stefano Giovannoni and Rumiko Takeda in collaboration with the National Palace Museum of Taiwan. The collaboration between Alessi and the NPM of Taiwan grew out of the museum’s wish to encourage greater awareness of Chinese history and culture in the West. The Lily Pond chopstick set is part of a new for 2008 family of products cleverly called OrienTales. OrienTales is a result of an ongoing collaboration with the National Palace Museum in Taiwan, which begain in 2007 with the "Chin Family" .
