Hi, I really enjoyed the product. It is really easy to remove ice from the tray by pressing from behind because the tray is just so flexible. On the other hand, the tray tends to be harder to fill in with water than standard trays because the small ice pockets are not interconnected like it happens in most ice trays, so you can't just hold it close to the faucet and let it fill in by itself. You need to keep moving it around so that it fills completely. This is not something that really bothers me...
