27 grams residual. The domaine left more residual sugar than usual since the acid levels were so elevated. Lemon peel nose, very floral with ripe pears. On the palate, so much acidity and so citric and mineral it’s almost Sauvignon Blanc in style. Super high in acid, juicy with flavors of tangerine and blood orange. A lovely, well-balanced finish.
