Cobalt Blue Iron Handle Skillet (11.75-in.) by Le Creuset
This 11.75 Le Creuset skillet was expensive for a skillet, but with Le Creuset you really get what you pay for. It is large, but worked well on a regular sized electric burner. It's a bit heavy, but has a handy small handle opposite the long handle that makes carrying easy. I have Le Creuset skillets that I have used regularly for 30 years, and I expect to do the same with this. The hand made quality and classic design make it a winner.
