Designed by Beth Morgan couture millinery. Exceptional handmade fascinator. Features a large fabric rose on a sinamay disc. Stripped feathers cascade from behind the rose. Disc has upturned edge with black accent. Attached to a very narrow, satin covered alice band. Fascinator is offset to one side of the band. Disc measures 25cm with the band 0.75cm wide. All measurements approximate. Outstanding and exceptional hair decoration.
