OK, this is a huge muffin pan. It is very tall in size, probably made for pop-overs. They cook my muffins just fine, but on one occassion, I noticed that my raisins fell to the bottom. Now, because it's deep and the batter may have been lighter than what I usually mix-up, they were in the botom part of my muffin. I prefer a wider muffin vs a taller muffin if that make sense. I'm giving it a 4 because it wipes clean, makes large muffins, and seems to be of a better quality.
