I keep my brayer for stamping a single color or painting a large area such as a paper mache box, etc. But lately I have been using it for a variety of stensiling projects similar to silk screening but less labor intensive (use silk screen fabric paint, brayer over stencil and when dry, iron the fabric to set the paint so it can be laundered. (kem, Torrance, CA, United States of America)
