Participants must be 14 years of age or older. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All particpants under the age of 18 must have a Participant Agreement signed by their Parent or Leagal Gaurdian. The agreement must be completed correctly and in its entirity. Anyone under the age of 18 that does not have a complete and correct Participant Agreement filled out will not be allowed to climb.

In climbing, someone is always left holding the rope. It’s called belaying. While you climb, your climbing partner is on the ground taking up the slack in your rope. When you are finished with your climb, it’s the belayer that lowers you safely back to the ground. They’ll teach you how to do it, so don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar with belaying.
