I bought these to use as a hot pack. It warmed well in the microwave and stayed hot a long time. I used them 1 time, this morning I went into my breastpump bag only to find the gel leaked everywhere, what a mess! I am returning them tomorrow. The packs are very thin and cheap, I would not recommend these to anyone.
