Love, love, love it! It's so adorable, and made from very high quality cotton. -Didn't shrink or pill when washed. It has small, unexpected detailing (the crotch snaps have tiny Dr. Suess hats imprinted on them). Great little onesie!

Dr Seuss Hop on Pop
Infants – 2 year olds: point to the pictures and emphasize the name of each picture (one word at a time). Your intonation and melody plays an important role in your child’s attention to the book at this age. 2-3 year olds – read the story as written but ask questions along the way to ensure that your child understands what is happening in the story. This also allows them to be active “readers”. 3-4 year olds – ask your child to tell you about the pictures/predict the story first. Then read the...

November 11, 2009: My two-year-old grandson LOVES these smaller versions of Dr. Seuss classics. They are shorter so they hold his attention, the flow of the words is just as great and the pages are thicker like his other little books. Great for him to hold - he likes to take them in bed with him at nap time. They're the perfect alternative to the traditional Dr. Seuss books which are really geared for older children.

Clever paper engineering livens up this six-spread volume (not that anything by Dr. Seuss ever needed enlivening). Young readers will love making the gleeful characters hop on pop over and over, and will laugh to see the walrus (another less-than-welcome gift) licking one poor daddy's ear.

"Chicago's Hop on Pop happily attacks the indie pop and rock hat rack for As Drawn by Ethan, Age 2. Happily because they realize sounding a bit like Pavement or Belle & Sebastian never hurt anyone. But happily, too, because lead guy Todd Leiter-Weintraub and his tidy crew sound genuinely joyous on this, their Spade Kitty debut. "If It's Important to You" begins with laconic Malkmus detachment, but it soon unfolds into a pop origami monster of bright orange high notes and chunky grey distortion. Just...

It’s difficult to imagine the children’s book landscape without Dr. Seuss, who is, almost half a century after The Cat in the Hat , the best-recognized children’s book writer in the country. But until Dr. Seuss -- a.k.a. Theodor Seuss Geisel -- reinvented the genre with his colorful and exuberant Sneetches, Grinches, Zaxes, and Zooks, children’s books were often little more than literal-minded lessons and cautionary tales intended to transform young readers into productive citizens.
