The Devastator will produce seductive clucks and purrs as well as the most aggressive cutting. A variation of the 3 reed modified 'V' call. All Hook's diaphragm calls are constructed through a unique process. Each call is mechanically stretched for absolute consistency. The size of the tape is unique to Hooks Custom Calls. The construction process is like no other in the industry, requiring considerable more time to build each call, resulting in a very user friendly diaphragm call.

Hook's 2.5 reed moved the position of the half reed from the bottom to the top. The Seducer has an inverted 'V' cut on the long reed. It is designed for softer calling but still can get aggressive.
