The liner is reversible but my only criticism is that it is a little 'fluffy' and loose. However, I'm going to attach a couple more ribbons just to make it a little less loose around the head end for when my 2 week old gets bigger and it becomes more important re: SIDS, although I don't think it's necessary to do this - I'm just being a paranoid new mother!
