So, I've only used it a couple of times, since my purchase. It's a bag, it holds stuff. The stuff stays in there. I really like the 4 wheels, it makes moving it around very easy. The pull handles have both a long & sort click, that is really nice. You can wheel around the 2 big bags with ease. It's also not a rock hard outer case, but pliable, so it should absorb some shock, & the edges have little screw in bumpers. The first time I ordered this luggage, it came in with a broken latch! I reordered and it came in scratched up but the latches worked so I kept it. My FIRST trip using this luggage I picked it up at my final destination and one of the pink wheels had fallen off and a latch was broken so bad the airport had duct taped my suitcase closed so I wouldn't lose my stuff!! Very dissatisfied with my luggage!!!
