I am an 8.5, sometimes a 9 -- I ordered the 39/40 (8/9) and they are huge. Totally different sizing from my regular Havaianas. I am not sure if going to the 37/38 (6/7) will then be too small. I can't really comment on fit/comfort since they are so big....
