Beautiful old signed Cathe' pin and earrings have fantastic, large art glass stones and tiny rhinestones in goldtone settings. This is a sterling brooch with a large amethyst cabachon in it. The piece is not signed but it looked familiar to me so I did some investigating and I believe this to be a William B. Kerr piece. His pieces were either hallmarked on the piece directly or had a circular piece soldered onto the back with the hallmark on it. I believe that the brooch had the latter and it was removed.
