Where as number 4 lacks the ability to buy houses frequently and maximize on cash flow. Feels like all the money is spent on weapons and deaths. Not feeling like i'm progressing with anything but the story made it feel a bit monotonous as there was also a lack of side stuff to actually do with good purpose, or even with a fun purpose.
