I have an older SAS controller card that I needed help to figure out what type of memory stick needed to go on this card. 6 other stores blew me off. PGN was the first shop to phone me back and ask more questions. They worked with me for 2 days narrowing down the possibilities. Today the new memory stick showed up by FedEx. I plugged in the memory stick on the SAS controller and it now has 4GB. Working very well. PGN has worked hard and earned my life long business for me and my company.
