This gorgeous handbag is vintage circa 1940s. It is made by the famous handbag maker Walborg. The tag inside reads Made in France By Hand For Walborg. The body of the bag is made up of tiny black beads which must have some faceting to them as they sparkle. The unusual shaped frame is entirely encrusted with clear glass beads, pearls and rhinestones. The pictures do not pick up the rhinestones well so you do not see the sparkle which is there. The bag measures 6 1/2 inches at the top and graduates to 9 inches...
