This SPL meter is designed specifically for autosound competitions where high sound levels are commonplace. The SPL-162 measures sound levels from 89 dB to 162 dB and will record in flat, C, or A-weighting. A temporary hold mode permits the user to place the unit inside the vehicle during the test and capture the information on the digital display.
