This electronic TDS meter has a range of 0 - 1999 ppm and is accurate to +/- 1.5%, at temperatures of 32 - 140 F. Though rarely needing recalibrating, it's a snap with the included "calibration fluid" and the push of a button. Battery operated (batteries are included), it automatically turns off after 30 seconds (the batteries last approx. 250 hours).
