Gateway DX4200-11 Phenom X4 9550(2.2GHz) 6GB DDR2 750GB ATI Radeon HD 3200 Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit - Desktop PCs
I went on line and used utorrent to get a windows vista 64 recovery ISO and burnt it to a CD. when I tried to reinstall windows it kept asking for the product key, which I din't have. Called Gateway again and was told that I needed to wait ten days, (Quite a disgusting thought!!), or pay 40 dollars for a recovery CD. "Those are Gateway's policies". Is Gateway insane? Those policies are truly primitive and surely they must not be planning on surviving if they treat customers in such barbaric way...
