I wear it when I run which is about 3 times a week. It keeps track of my distance, pace, calories etc flawlessly. I can then download it to the PC and track my progress. It's pretty neat. Cons: It did not get 5 stars because sometimes it took over 5 minutes to acquire satellites. I live in a city without a lot of open space...
