Couldn't give a full rating on this product as the tablets were missing with this order. But the elderberry juice was really refreshing, and the program was fairly easy to follow. I was shocked that there were no hunger pangs during the whole 5-day cleanse considering I am such a big eater. The coated tongue was the only drawback with this program.
