Stainless Steel Fish Poacher
I am very happy with my fish poacher. I actually put some nuts and bolts on the lift-out tray to make it come out of the water about 1" and easily made it into a fish steamer that works really really well. It is made from shiny stainless steel and is easy to clean. The length is perfect for fitting on two burners over the stove. The material is a little thin, but it did not scorch at all when I steamed a whole fish in it over the stove and then reduced the juices afterward. It is a nice product!
