Watch yourself swim and see what the coaches see. Swim Mirrors provide instant feedback to help improve all four strokes. Swim Mirrors are easily placed on the bottom of the pool and may be removed when practice is complete. Each is designed to be placed end-to-end or in section, allowing swimmers to see themselves as they swim. The mirrors are equipped with corner holes to attach to one another or to hang from a wall for flip turns - enabling swimmers to see their stroke from a head-on-view.

Most swimmers end up with using the finis stealth or swedish style goggles at some point. You really can't beat the price. I've lost more goggles than most people will own in their lives so losing a $5 pair of goggles (or $12 for the mirror) is something I can live with. They're not the most comfortable but they are fast. Visibility/sighting is not the best so I don't like using these on ocean swims where I need to sight buoys or the beach.
