Fennel Seed Tea Bags, Caffeine Free, 24 Tea Bags, 2.12 oz (60 g)
Caffeine Free A member of the carrot family, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is a native of Italy and one of the most ancient of cultivated plants. The Roman colonization of Italy spread the early use of the plant, especially for culinary purposes. Used as a flavoring for salt-water fish, it was also used to whiten, tenderize, and deodorize the meat. The odor of Fennel seed is fragrant and the taste is warm, sweet and agreeable. Similar in taste to Dill and Anise, Fennel may be substituted for them in recipes for interesting effects. The shoots and stalks can also be eaten raw like celery. In addition to Fennel's culinary uses, it adds a sharp scent to potpourris, sachets, perfumes and soaps. Fennel is often used with other herbs for its soothing effects. For more than 75 years, long before it became fashionable, Alvita was championing the profound health-giving properties of herbal teas. Now Foods, Ojibwa Herbal Cleansing Tea, Caffeine Free, 30 Tea Bags, 1.85 oz (52.5 g)
I have been using this tea for number of years, warding off cancer from my colon. I have ulcerative colitis, and was afraid it would turn into colon cancer. With all the beneficial things I've read about it, I thought I'd use it in my health care regimen. Thank you so much for providing it in bags. Though it was tough to get for a while. I usually pick it up in Texas when I'm down visiting. A most remarkable product provided to us by the Ojibwa.

I ordered this tea because I could not find Valarian Tea. I do hope you will be getting that tea. This tea is very good and delish. I did notice that my cats (I have 3) would go nuts around the cup and when I finished, would play with the tea bag. Then I read ALL the ingredients not just the valarian root and found it had catnip in it. LOL You should warn people LOL
